Terms of Service
By signing up to and using RouteHP, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. What RouteHP does
RouteHP is an AI query routing service. It sits between your application and your AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) and automatically routes queries to the most cost-effective model based on complexity. RouteHP uses your own AI provider API keys to make calls on your behalf.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your RouteHP API key secure
- You are responsible for all queries sent through your RouteHP account
- You must comply with the terms of service of your underlying AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- You must not use RouteHP for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent RouteHP's routing logic
3. Service availability
RouteHP is provided as-is during the current early access period. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime or routing errors during this period.
4. Pricing
RouteHP charges a fee based on the savings generated for your account. The current fee is 20% of the cost saving achieved. For example, if RouteHP saves you £1,000 in a month, our fee is £200. Pricing may change with notice.
5. Data
Your use of RouteHP is subject to our Privacy Policy. RouteHP processes query content only to the extent necessary to route queries. We do not store or use your data beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
RouteHP is not liable for: the accuracy or quality of AI model responses; costs incurred through your AI provider; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of RouteHP after changes constitutes acceptance.
